What happens after my home wine cellar is built?
4-6 weeks after your home wine cellar has been installed our After Sales Manager will visit and give your new purchase a thorough going-over. He will vacuum it out, fit any extra additions (such as a carpet and/or safe) and check the temperature and humidity. Once he’s happy that everything is as it should be, he will ‘sign it off’ and all you have to do is fill it with wine.
Cellar wine store guarantees
All our fully-installed cellar wine stores come with a five year guarantee. If during the first five years a cellar is found to be defective in any way, under normal use and service, we guarantee to repair or replace the cellar free of charge. Full details are provided on individual estimates.

What if something goes wrong in the future?
At Spiral Cellars we don’t believe that our service finishes once the home wine cellar is built. We will always give free advice on how to get the most out of your Cellar for home wine storage, and, should you have persistent concerns over its functioning, we will visit once again to assess and remedy any problems. |
