Wine Cellar After Sales

Approximately 4-5 weeks after the cellar is installed, we will visit and give your new purchase a thorough review. We'll vacuum it out, fit any extra additions (such as a carpet and/or safe) and check the temperature and humidity. Once we're happy that everything is as it should be, we will 'sign it off' and all you have to do is fill it with wine.

Guarantees

All our fully-installed cellars come with a five year guarantee. If during the first five years a cellar is found to be defective in any way, under normal use and service, we guarantee to repair or replace the cellar free of charge. Full information can be found within our Terms and Conditions.

What maintenance is necessary on my part?

None.

What if something goes wrong in the future?

At Spiral Cellars we don't believe that our service finishes once the Cellar is built. We will always give free advice on how to get the most out of your Cellar, and, should you have persistent concerns over its functioning, we will visit once again to assess and remedy any problems.
