Consumer Referral Terms & Conditions
Spiral Cellars offers a thank you gift to UK-based customers who successfully recommend Spiral Cellars to their UK contacts.
The individual should provide Spiral Cellars with the contact details of the person they have recommended. These details should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, if the new enquiry contacts Spiral Cellars direct, the customer must be stated as the lead source at the beginning of the new enquiry’s process. If the individual is not mentioned at this stage the thank you gift will not be given.
If the new enquiry is already on the Spiral Cellars database with a different lead source it won’t be considered as a new lead.
Spiral Cellars will gift its existing customers a mixed case of wine for each successful referral.
The gift is provided once the final payment is received from the new customer, on completion and final sign-off of their Spiral Cellar.
The gift is only available on Spiral Cellars (the product group) and is not available for build your own kits, accessories, gadgets, gifts or bespoke wine room solutions. The gift is only available for UK cellar installations.
Spiral Cellars will give the gift directly to the customer.
Definition of terms
Existing customer refers to any individual consumer legitimately recommending its contacts to Spiral Cellars.
Contact/new enquiry/new customer refers to the individual consumer being recommended to Spiral Cellars.
