This is a collector whose collection was an accident; all of a sudden they have a couple hundred bottles without meaning to have collected. This collector may not know what they like or even what they have in their collection but it has grown all the same. However, although they are ignorant of their collection, they know that there is better out there. They are constantly living in a world of buyers’ remorse where every purchase is an immediate mistake and every bottle opened is subject to the questioning of their knowledgeable company.
