The Small print...
Our estimates will include a provision for reinforced concrete. If our engineer calculates that this is not required it will be deducted from the cost. We also estimate for hole protection rings to be used during the excavation process. If during the dig, the ground conditions dictate that this is not required it will also be deducted from the cost.
Zero rate VAT applies where a cellar is installed into a Listed Building or New Build projects. A cost is charged for delivery of the cellar components to the site address e.g. Cardiff is £315, South London £170.
