Installation of a 2m Original Spiral Cellar (capacity of up to 1000 bottles) into a detached garage/workshop as part of a new build house. The hole excavation was managed by the contractor. Materials, cellar components and vans were parked on the driveway to the front of the garage. No requirements for Party Wall Agreement or Building Regulations Approval.
